Introduced in 1982, the Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II features the emblematic two-tone bezel insert, now made from high-tech ceramic, and simultaneously displays the time in two time zones. It is the direct descendant of the original GMT-Master launched in 1955, which was quickly adopted by transatlantic pilots as a navigation aid.
Delivered at the time of sale, the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned guarantee card officially confirms that the watch is genuine on the date of purchase and guarantees its proper functioning for a period of two years from this date.
Each pre-owned Rolex watch is subject to the same demanding controls as those of the after-sales service for models purchased new and are thus examined and tested, according to the strictest criteria. Launched in 1945, it was the first self-winding waterproof chronometer wristwatch to display the date in a window at 3 o’clock on the dial. The Datejust is offered in Oystersteel, in versions combining Oystersteel and yellow, white or Everose gold, or entirely in 18 ct gold, with a large variety of dials, bezels and bracelets. It is also available in diamond-set versions.
